We like the fact that the CAD collection platform is very easy to use. It's easy to pull up and confirm an account has been submitted and the process is starting, plus reporting any payments we happen to receive at our location takes just seconds. We have both business and individuals that owe us money and we love it that we can choose to submit an account as a commercial account or a retail account. Easy to use - ability to check statuses
We like it that the CAD collection software is very user friendly. We also like the fact that unlike other agency we can click on the "notes" tab on each debtor and view the collection process step by step. Of course the results are what the doctor likes the best which are far better than the typical agency. After 7 years of being a client, we highly recommend CAD!
